This is a wonderful opportunity to make friends and spend time with fellow Christians. Pack your cooler box and join us for a bring-and-braai lunch on Sunday 27 October. We’ll provide the fire. All you need to bring is yourself, your meat, cold drinks and a side-dish to share.
Frequently asked questions for the event:
Can I bring a friend? Most Definitely! Friends and family are welcome.
Is alcohol allowed? This is a family-friendly church event, so cold drinks are recommended. However, no one will frown upon it if someone enjoys a glass of wine or a beer. The use of hard liquor is discouraged.
Must I bring my own chair? You’re welcome to bring a camping chair or picnic blanket to make yourself comfortable. We do have hard-backed plastic chairs available.
How large must the side dish be? A family-sized dish is sufficient (serving about 6 people), you don’t have to cater for the whole crowd!
What qualifies as a side dish? Anything you would normally have at a braai, such as potato salad, pasta salad, Greek salad, coleslaw, bread rolls, pap, and relish.
